missold sky stream
Morning
I was missold sky stream by a member of staff in Currys, I was not advised it would be sky stream, I thought it was ordinary Sky. I have kept it for a few months now but it is a terrible service always buffering, is there anything I can do, can I change to normal Sky
TIA

You can absolutely switch to Sky Q, the satellite service from Sky. You will need to call them to arrange it though as it's a completely different system which requires the installation of a satellite dish on the outside of your home.

You could get sky q instead of stream but please bear in mind that that moment the general opinion is that statillete tv is possible set to end in some time in 2030 that's why sky are pushing sky glass tv and pucks for streaming

Re: missold sky stream
Once Sky had delivered the puck you would have instantly realised that you had purchased the incorrect product and you should've cancelled within the cooling off period..
If it is continually buffering then the signal from your router or incoming broadband speed is not stable or fast enough.
That can be addressed.
If you want to move to Q with a dish you'll have to call Sky and negotiate a new deal.
