I am new to sky stream, and the channel 4 app seems to be completely useless. When playing it jumps back to either the beginning or an earlier part of the show. It also seems to randomly stop.
not sure if it is linked to the add skipping, but in its current state it is completely awful to use and watch.
having come from Virgin, I really expected a great service from sky stream, however less than a week in I am regretting the move.
I have tried refreshing the apps, have moved to a wired connection, rebooted multiple times etc. and have not seen this on other apps so far.
Any ideas how to get this resolved? Looking at other posts it feels like Sky are saying it is Channel 4's problem, which I am not happy with as we pay Sky for the service.
So frustrating.
