Sky stream puck is some distance from router so I have installed a tp link booster. How and where do you go to update the puck to connect to the tp link? I haven't been able to find any way of getting to settings menu.

Under Networking Connection in the settings, press thr right button twice to get to the "reset" button. That will reset you network connectiong and allow you to set it up again.

Yeah the menu layout in the setings can be quite confusing at first until you get used to it.

Re: changing Wi-Fi connection
I'd like to add my complication to this. I installed a Sky Puck for the first time. The next day, for reasons, I had to change the WiFi SSID. On booting the Sky Puck, it froze with a "no connection" error. Prusumably it couldn't find the old SSID. But, contrary to what I would expect, it didn't rescan WiFi networks and ask me to re-choose. Repeated use of "Reset" did not escape this dead end. Finally, I resorted to a full factory reset which wasted my time logging back in to all my 3rd party subscriptions, but did, at least, allow me to re-choose my WiFi.
Is this a known behaviour?
Thanks
