Sky stream isn't working, every channel has the message you can't watch this where you are right now, tried resetting the box & the WiFi but still has same message

Who is your ISP? Do they use dynamic IP addresses which don't necessarily originate in the UK?

We have city Fibre through Octaplus but as far as I'm aware we don't have anything that puts our internet in a different country

So likely you did have a non UK up. Resetting the router will give you a new IP.
