Why have I received two pucks?

I have ordered a new Sky streaming service and have booked an installation date but for some reason I have received two pucks through the post. Should I have received two pucks?

Did you add Whole Home to your subscription package, as that is typically the reason you would have received an additional puck?

@Amanda240  Pucks are not normally sent through the ost (Royal Mail) as Sky use DPD for stream puck deliveries.

Are you sure it's not a broadband hub?  Do you have a photo of these pucks?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
