Re: Steve
Could be weak wifi signal to the puck, if you can connect the puck the hub with a cable more stable, also the more devices that you have connected to the wifi the weaker the signal can get to each device, and thick wall in old houses can help block the signal, you my need a booster from sky, you can see what speed the puck is getting by opening netfix going to help opening that and running check my network

First thing around your freezing.
Having a good local network is a key factor for having a reliable experience with Sky Stream or it may be suffering from some local interference.
Best way to test is via a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, over say a half hour period during tests or during your busiest household usage internet times.
What is your speed for each puck?
As mentioned above, it may be suffering from interference. More often seen as an intermittent blip.
Not always a cure, but the following may help to resolve;
Make sure you have a good 6-8 inches free on all sides of the puck.
Do not stack the puck on top of any other device.
Make sure the puck is in the open, not tucked away in a cabinet or sat directly behind the TV.
Make sure you have no other devices that can cause interference closeby, like cordless phones, radiators, baby monitors, smart meter in home displays, microwaves and the like.
Plus, change both your pucks to following recommended settings set in Settings>
Set Network standby mode to ON.
Turn wifi OFF under Network if connected via ethernet.
Secondly. For your turning off and It not switching on promptly.
Can you explain more when it's doing this?
Assume you are aware of the forced ECO settings of the Puck and Glass TVs. Having the puck sat on yhe menu or long pauses, will force it into ECO mode as well as detailed here;

The network standby mode above should help, if it's not coming in correctly after sometime or overnight.
Try either the Home or power button on your puck remote to wake it up, pointing it towards the puck after a long period of being in standby.
