Why does my. Account say I have a puck paid and issued to me when I have not received or paid for it
I have a Diamond account set up in my name and on the account is a puck device said to of been sold to me when it has not. As I know nothing of this device or what it's their for ?? I don't own it I never have yet it's on my account paid for ?? And was sent
to what address I do not know as I was a joint account and separated last year but this was sent this year it has not gone to my x partners as we are both puzzled by this as he also was told he purchased one. Which he did not.
to me it feels like someone within the sky employee s has done something wrong and added either by mistake or faudiently this need to be addressed as I can't subscribe until this is sorted and I owne my own glass tv. What a waste of money

Sky don't do joint accounts and never have. Have you told them that you don't know anything about the Puck and don't have one? What did they say?

If you haven't discussed it with Sky, that would be your next step. I don't think we customers here can help with this.
Sky Mobile accounts are separate from Sky TV accounts.

Re: PuckWhat is a puck?
A puck is a little box that you connect to your TV to watch Sky. Where does it say you have it? Please bear in mind we are fellow subscribers here on the community and not Sky.
You may need to call customer services.
