Sky mini box taking forever to turn on

When I turn my sky glass mini box on it takes about 10/15 minutes to actually come on, once it's on it works fine and it turns off straight away I just have to wait forever for it to turn on.

Is anyone else having this issue.

@i+give+up+78  For clarity you have a Stream puck, not a Glass Mini, only Sky Q have mini boxes, these should not be confused with each other.

 

Glass is the TV only,.

 

Have you tried unplugging the puck for a minute then plug it back in?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
