Thanks Paul. i am now getting around the intricacies of Sky Streaming and find that a selection of BBC shows are available for limited periods of up to 30 days. I am sure the Beeb get paid for that, as they do for the full service provided on the satellite version of Sky.
So far my experience of Sjy streaming has not been great - it took 3 one hour long calls to Sky support (in India) and a private hiring of an IT guy (€80) to get the damn thing working. Also the broadband of 550 to 600 mb (of the 1 g promised) often reduces to as little as 5mb WifFi (even with a booster) which causes a lot of buffering. When it does work the picture is much superior to Virgin so there is some consolation.
