Re: Whole home puck
Hi @Wims82
Whole home is the subscription which allows you to have up to 6 pucks on your account. Sky have no idea how many TVs you have and you have to order each additional puck (and pay a £39.99 fee for each). So unless you have ordered two pucks, no you won't get another without going on to my sky and ordering another puck.
See watching around the home in this guide: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-stream-faqs

55" Gen 2 Sky Glass atlantic blue, 65” Sky Glass ocean blue, Sky Live, 4 streaming pucks and EE FTTP Busiest Home (circa 1.6 Gbps download). Sky SoundBox. Former Sky Q, Sky+ HD and Sky+ customer. Sky Mobile Customer.
Please Note: I am not a Sky employee. I am a fellow subscriber. Please do not PM me as they will not be responded to. Posting publicly to a thread increases the usefulness for all.

I ordered whole home in my initial setup but only received one puck. Should I have received a second puck and remote for the TV upstairs? Will arrive separately at a later date or should it have arrived together? Ive checked my delivery status and there's nothing pending.
@Wims82 Only if you ordered one

Re: Whole home puck
Thank you. I had to order my package over the phone and it was never mentioned or explained. Guess I'll order one then!

Re: Whole home puck
You wouldn't be the first to take the 'Whole Home' marketing name rather too literally: Sky has no way of knowing how many television sets need to be equipped with a Stream puck to achieve this (even if the previous subscription was for a legacy Sky platform)
