Technical fault channels won't change

Lately the sky stream box randomly stops allowing us to change channel. Nothing wrong with remote but box itself as it states technical fault try later. Tried turning off (not reboot) but hasnt been successful.  Will work after reboot but this is happening every week and each week a reboot is ridiculous.

@N7jaz  On the stream puck open the Netflix app, go to get help, run connection test.  What speed is being reported?
