The 6 digit activation code appears on the screen. On the screen it will also display a QR code and give a link you go to, where you sign in to your Sky account and then enter the 6 digit code. So you need a mobile device or computer to complete the linking between your puck and your Sky account.
you could unplugging the puck for a few minutes and see if that helps.
you don't activate it via the My Sky app.
