Won't let me order whole home

I purchased a puck for my daughters bedroom a few months ago she is really happy with it so I have tried to order whole home over the passed few days. It won't let me at all. I have gone to whole home and put in to add one puck and it says there's an issue in a red box but won't let me read it all. Any advice before I join the long call queue please. Thanks

In your MySky app or MySky online are you trying to add an additional Puck first and then trying to add Whole Home.

If so, might be worth trying the other way around, adding the Whole Home pack and then adding a Puck.

In MySky do this from Your Products>Manage>Home Setup

 

Assuming the puck you have at the moment, is the only Sky Stream Puck and/or Sky Glass TV on your account.

I agree, i'd suggest adding the Whole Home pack to your subscription first and then go back and select the additional pucks you want to order.
