@ConnorSky when did you take out Sky Stream. If its after 23rd Feb 2023, then the pucks are essentially under a lifetime warranty as Sky rent them to customers so i would think you can phone Sky and asked for a replacement power supply.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
