My sky keeps going off

My sky is on but when i select a channel it says loading then after a minute flicks back to the menu screen - is there an issue ?

@John196503 do you have a Sky Q box or do you have a Sky stream box or Glass TV ?

I havent got a clue - comes in off the internet - my bt one is working fine
