As soon as you plug it in and follow the onscreen instructions to activate it.

If you don't activate it within 14 days of the delivery date Sky auto activate it and start charging you.

@Michelle2207 It'll go live when you plug it in and follow the on screen instructions to activate it

if you don't activate it within 14 days of date of delivery sky will automatically activate it and start charging from that date
