If the stream box isn't displaying on your Tv then:make sure the HDMI cable is plugged in properly, try a different HDMi port on your Tv, and try changing the input source on your TV to HDMI 1 or 2 (depending which socket you have plugged it into on your Tv"V)

You seem to indicate that the TV is requesting connection using Ethernet?

 

Did you mean  that?

 

Connecting the Puck using WiFi or Ethernet ... will not supply connection to the internet for the TV😉
