What is difference between Netflix Basic and Netflix Premium

What is difference between Netflix Basic and Netflix Premium. Basic is €6pm and Premium is €12pm. What am i getting for the extra €6pm?

Note that Netflix 'Basic' hasn't existed for some time: the product bundled through Sky is 'Standard with adverts'.

thanks for being so helpful and you are of course right about my misuse of basic for standard with ads. 

seems it comes down to paying extra for UHD.

I have standard netflix through sky. How much more is it to get Premium so both my kids can download onto their devices?

According to My Sky app if you sign up for 24 months it's £8.50 a month.
