Hi I received my new sky pucks but I'm unable to set them up,it's asking for me to enter the last 4 digits of my phone number and won't except them for some reason(I do know my own number)

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Welshboi69 It may be worth checking that the phone number you think is correct is the one associated with your Sky account.
Login To your my Sky account, go to My Details and then Account Information.

I've had the same number for at least 10 years and have now started the return process of the pucks and going back to skyq(even sky confirmed my number when I rang them)
