Does anyone else have an issue when watching Challenge where a weird green flickering bar appears at the top of the screen during the adverts?
More importantly, how do I fix this? It's incredibly annoying.

Do you see this on every advert on Challenge, or it is just some ads?

It seems to happen on the majority of adverts, I'd say about 90% of them. The actual tv show is fine.

So it may be an issue related to that software version. There was a similar issue a few weeks ago with ads on challenge causing the picture to freeze which seemingly solved itself for customers as they were updated to QS25. It certainly solved the issue for me when I got the new software rolled out.
Ultimately you may to wait for Sky to roll the upgrade out to you. I'm not seeing this issue on challenge and I'm on the QS25.
Have you tried a reboot of your puck to see if that helps at all? (Unplug it for a couple of minutes). If may help if it's an issue local to your puck but if it doesn't help it certainly would point to an issue related to the software version.
