Sky puck was working now not working…

My sky stream puck was working fine for a few days whilst my parents stayed. They left, turned the puck and TV off at the plug (for some reason) now it won't work. The TV says no signal from any of the HDMI ports.

Have you tried turning the puck on using the standby button on the bottom of the puck?
