Unable to input card details

Hi, i am looking for help to add sky stream onto my account as i already have sky broadband i thought this would be easy everything was fine till i got to the section of add 8th and 9th digit of card used to pay for subscription i entered the digits several times and its still coming up red invalid tried to get a hold of someone on the phone and they hung up when i answered and trying to use the virtual chat is impossible and there is no option of live chat to help me i have triple checked the right digits were entererd i even went onto my laptop incase there was an issue with my mobile.

I've since sorted it, I just went in to settings and changed payment method to direct debit as it was set to card for some reason. That sorted it. The card details were entered correctly though, so it seems there's a bug of some sort that causes an error.
