Unable to input card details

Hi, i am looking for help to add sky stream onto my account as i already have sky broadband i thought this would be easy everything was fine till i got to the section of add 8th and 9th digit of card used to pay for subscription i entered the digits several times and its still coming up red invalid tried to get a hold of someone on the phone and they hung up when i answered and trying to use the virtual chat is impossible and there is no option of live chat to help me i have triple checked the right digits were entererd i even went onto my laptop incase there was an issue with my mobile.
