11 days without Sky Stream

I paid off my Streaming debt and it won't let me reinstate, it's now been 11 days and nothing.

Multiple calls to CS and all they tell me is it will be up and running in the next 48hr, a load of Tosh!

11 days today since I paid and when I go to reinstate on my App I have a message saying 'something has gone wrong, try again later'!

11 bloody days! I'm going to pull the plug on this poor system and go elsewhere because im paying for something im not getting!

We are fellow subscribers on the community. However as well as paying the balance you need to ensure a new continuous payment method has been set up as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/missed-payments-sky-glass

 

Also have you restarted you kit as per the "Viewing not restored after reinstating" section?

 

Failing that the only thing you can do is make a formal complaint to sky: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

I appreciate the guidelines, I've been a Sky VIP for over 5 years now so im very experienced on what I need to do to get my services up and running! Thank you

 

The fact that my account is stuck in some sort of loop and I have been PROMISED by 4 SCS Ops that I'll have my services running and it's been 11 days with nothing but the same message!

 

Again I appreciate your input but I have tried literally everything and still nothing!

 

  • I have complained and they have given me £24 off my next bill which was ok I guess but still I have no TV services!

Also it depends how long for were in arrears for. If it was longer than 2 weeks it's quite possible you will need to pay the following months bill as well before the service will be restored.
