Had to restart my Sky Puck

Very strange this morning. My Sky Puck didn't work so had to reset with the button underneath the Puck. Never had this issue before, all up and running now which I'm grateful for. 🙏

Anyone had the same issue and does anyone know the reason why this happened? Could it be a software update? 

I'm curious to know. 🤔

@SurvivalDave007    Some on here have this happen to them several times a day, however this is often because they haven't set it up correctly to connect with their router, or they have a poor internet speed, sometimes it is just simple as having to replace it as it isn't working properly. As it appears you have had no problem with it so far, I am guessing this may just be a one off.   Mine does the same thing occasionally but like you say a simple reset is all that is needed.

@SurvivalDave007 If your puck has frozen and is unresponsive, rather than using the button underneath you can simply unplug it for a few seconds and then plug it in again to reboot.  Also I would make sure Networked Standby Mode is turned ON in settings.
