UHD sky sports

Hey All! I'm trying to watch Sky Sports football on the UHD channel. I have the package with UHD/Dolby atmos and I have a tv that shows it. I've never had a problem. 

yet tonight when I click on it, it says, the content you have selected cannot be played on this device. What's going on? Nothing has changed

Hi @Daniel+John 

 

Chexk that the output of the puck is set to UHD (2160p). If that is correct try powering off at the mains for a few minutes and trying again.

Also check 'Settings' 'Picture & Sound' and make sure the settings haven't some how changed, and it is still showing UHD
