Puck issues

I have two sky pucks I have the sky  whole home package too.

so the pucks should mirror each other they definitely do not. I have one puck in my lounge and one in my bedroom so I've got no idea how to sort this. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Hi @Gerryggggg

the only parts of the UI that are shared across the pucks are the playlists (and profiles) and the continue watching rail. These will sync across the pucks. If that's not happening pull the plug on the pucks for a few minutes

you will have to log into the streaming apps independently on each puck

Re: Puck issues

That's the issue the pucks don't give an continue watching option. We have to go to the beginning of a program we are watching. The playlist are the same so I am confused as to why they don't do it . If I unplug the pucks will the playlist still be there when I replug them? Thanks

I have started to notice this, if you start on one puck and go to continue on another, it doesn't sync over where you left off and have to restart the puck to be able to continue on the puck.

Re: Puck issues

There isn't anything stored on the puck, it's all on Sky's servers.
