It's forbidden to post phone numbers on this forum (I've no idea why) so you'll have to try some of the troubleshooting steps outlined on the help page here:

Keep clicking through the pages until you get a box which says 'no I still need help' and click through the options on that until you get one which says 'call us' - a number will eventually be revealed. Tiresome, I know, but it's how they like to do it.

@BenJoBanjo The forum filters will block any string of numbers. I imagine it is to prevent posters from giving their personal information and then being subject to the inevitable scammers once their personal details are made public. I can visualize the posts now "Will someone from Sky please phone me on xxxxxx" or similar..
I have seen people giving their entire residential address on the forum. When this happens it is quickly removed by the moderators or a Superuser +.
