Same problem here, sky streaming not working. The connection is excellent but not working. I'll check in the morning, if not I'll cancel it! Too many problems with Sky lately
I have a persistent connectivity issue with one of my stream pucks. After getting fed up with WiFi I committed to threading the cables and all was good. Now I seem to be getting "there's a problem with your connection" despite it showing Ethernet connection with two ticks. If I try to reset the connection it tried to obtain my ip address but all I get is a spinning circle. ISP is.....sky broadband....so no issues there hopefully. Any ideas?
For anyone still struggling: turn your puck upside down. Unplug the power and hold the power button down on the puck. Plug the power back in and wait until the puck turns amber/red. Wait for sky to come back on (answer a load of questions) it says the puck needed a software update and clearly there was a fault with it happening automatically
