Puck is just rubbish
Is it me, or is the Sky Puck just a rubbish bit of hardware?
Constantly having to reboot it- WiFi connection flakey at best? Currently, although WiFi connection is good, puck can't connect to anything!! And I pay £100 a month for this **bleep**!!

Re: Puck is just rubbish
Welcome to the forum
We are all fellow customers on here like yourself
Have you tried connecting the puck with an ethernet cable
I have 2 55inch sky glass tvs and a puck
I have had my gen 1 and my puck since they first came out and have had no problems all connected by ethernet cable
Also the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each device
I have gigafast broadband 900mps full fibre to the property

Re: Puck is just rubbish
I'm with you on that one, I've got two pucks right now, one from 2024 and one from 2025. The older puck is terrible in both speed and WiFi, I've had to get it connected through Ethernet and even then it's still laggy and slow to load anything, constantly needing restarts just for it to work!
My newer puck is completely fine however with none of those issues whatsoever, I think there's a bit of a lottery with the pucks. I think you might be able to get a replacement one sent if you recon yours might just be a bad one.
