why have ALL the tv list of normal tv channels disappeared off my Sky TV puck?

They have in their lack of smart wisdom moved it to TV shows and then you have to drop down about 3 pages and it's there.

Just use iPlayer for now. 

Id see if it's in the other menus as advised earlier.

But surely SKY would test any updates before release.

Had to move to SKY stream because of protected trees but this service I expect better.

I have a sky puck. On switching on today there is suddenly no channel list. I use this to view upcoming programmes across all channels for this evening. What is going on,?

Tewice in teh last week now I've turned on Sky and tehre is no TV.  The Guide is completely missing from the home page and I cannot select any channels.  The only available options are from teh various apps/playlists.  I've powered the box down and back up - no change.  Last time it happened when it finally came back the TV Guide which is usually 2 clicks down on the Home page re appeared beneathe everything else.

Beginning to think Sky is a steaming pile of the proverbial.  Paying a monthly subscription and cant watch TV

No TV guide on sky stream home page. It was there earlier. Must be done update. TV hasn't been off. I restarted , gid app updates, unplugged puck, refreshed internet connection. Still not there. It opens if I use voice but can't get to it by the remote as not on the home page.

Where has the tv guide gone from home page? Pucks have been awful lately requiring constant reboot guess sky are running crappy updates again HELP

For attention of all, it has moved off the Home Screen it's under TV SHOWs and coup,e of clicks down

Same here just come home done all restarts turned off entirely, really frustrating hope this gets resolved soon

Not permanently though, it's just a bug. The TV Guide will be back in its usual place before long.

You can change the background colour on TV channels page to make it easier to look at/read by scrolling down to Settings on Home Page- Accessibility-High Contrast- turn on.
