why have ALL the tv list of normal tv channels disappeared off my Sky TV puck?

I was watching TV earlier today. BUT now  ALL the TV channels list has disappeared altogether on BOTH of my Sky TV streaming pucks

I can't get main  tv channels either. Have tried resetting to no avail.

Same here, tv guide has been replaced with ads for the new season of the EFL. I did find the channels list if you go into the TV shows section and it was there

Had Sky puck a month and it's a pretty poor user interface. Awkward to get to tv channels, the tv guide sections are massive and then there is a back screen on the tv guide that makes it hard to read. Very poor device.

I have lost the TV Guide on my sky glass. Rebooted three times, still not reappeared. Voice control does bring it back

Tv keeps stopping and rewinding , then we now can't find channels ..

Tv Guide is no longer displayed on screen and does not appear when pressing Home Button either

I'm having the same issue with no TV guide showing. So came here to look for help. Thank you to everyone who has already posted and advice/knowledge shared.

I have same issue tonight, I went into sky cinema then tv guide.

dont know why tv guide isn't showing on home page, but it is there

Tv guide button not on my home screen. It's been taken over by a sky sports advert

Go to TV Shows and scroll down, for some reason at the moment they have out it there !

TV guide can be found eventually, but you can't always  see what is on Sky Cinema or Sky Sports channels!

I can no longer access the standard channel list. I have attempted a reboot but still no joy
