Tv guide is missing

The tv guide is missing its not showing on home screen anywhere?

My sky stream is the same the tv guide is missing,  you can still get it by talking to it and say TV Guide, but would be better if it was in the screen

I was just about to post getting the same thing. It's completely missing when you press home. Only shows when you use the remote and ask for the tv guide.

Same for me... looks like someone's pushed out a silly update.

In that case it's just a matter of waiting for it to return.

You can howeve use the numbered button s to go to a specific channel.

I have the same issue. TV guide gone missing off home page.

I have my Puck connected by both ethernet and wifi.

I found that if you select "TV shows" from the home page then scroll down the TV guide is there.

copilit says it is a **bleep** Sky update that they have changed the UI to focus on streaming apps and so relegated live TV to the sub menu.

This is so unintuitive. We are forced to pay TV licence and now Sky is restricting our access to the live TV.

People will consider dropping sky.....

Same here .... going to tv shows then scroll down, it  shows up but not really intuitive

presume an update that's gone wrong or not tested

The AI iis incorrect as this is just a fault and the TV Guide will return to it's usual place at some point as has happened in the past

Ours too. My husband stomped into my sitting room whilst I was watching Classic Corrie & started pushing buttons on my remote to see if it was there. After I screamed blue murder at him for interrupting my program, he decided to explain what was wrong. He's a complete Luddite when it comes to tech despite being a very intelligent man. Having re-booted the entire shooting match, it still wasn't there. As another member has said, it's burried. I told him about using the talk function but he's going to mess that up shouting at it. I hope Sky put it back where it was as this is so user unfriendly. I've never been happy with Sky Stream. It's not as good as Sky Q in terms of user friendly. So tempted to go to Virgin Media when our contract is up.

New Stream layout is too fussy, and finding the tv guide is so complex and time consuming. I don't understand how Sky thinks this advantages its customers.
