I have been with sky now for nearly 20 years and overall they have looked after me following on from my posting and chatting with sky about my issue it was discovered my Q box was a relatively old model with a lower capacity hard drive. They agreed to send me a newer model now with increased capacity. I fully expect now to be able to record the full cycling races I love watching now on TNT sports channels.
