My sky app keeps closing on my tv

Every channel on the sky TV keeps trying to load and closes. It's very frustrating, the audio continues but the video returns to the channel selection page

@Sean145  Sky Go where you posted isn't available as an app on a TV,  therefore which TV service do you have?  Sky Q or Sky Stream

@Sean145  How is your puck connected to your brioadband hub?  On the puck open the Netflix app, go to Get help, run connection test, what are the speed results coming back as?
