There is a technical fault message

Broadband working ok sky go on phone ok but tv says there's a technical fault anyone any ideas.

Hi @DGL2 and welcome to the forum.  The issue you are having is not that uncommon.  A restart of the puck will probably resolve the issue for you as it tends to clear software glitches.  I works for me when I get the technical fault error message.

 

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.
