New sky tv package installed 2 days ago. I can watch everything except netflix. I've not had a netflix account before and when I follow the steps to join and link with sky it starts to load then screen goes blue. Then nothing. I've read a lot of other posts and tried all the fixes suggested even factory reset. Changed hdmi ports etc. No change
Had anyone solved this issue ?
