There was an outage skys side and a number of threads on the community re this. Service seems to have been restored for some users, but it may be intermittent.

Well now it is 21h45 and no EPG or live channels. Best that Sky publish the compensation amount that we all are due

Re: BBC1 “Technical Fault” no picture.

Update:  Did a power cycle (turned off >2 mins). 
TV Guide icon and channel icons all back but still "tech fault" on BBC 1. 
checked system. OS, build version and UI version still the same as before.

TV guide extremely patchy with most programmes not loading. Rebooted three times and no improvement. Seems like a Sky network problem as this forum is filled with the same complaint. Sort it out Sky.

It's still on going if you check the status in my app it will say there is a fault and engineers are trying to fix it, but not eta
