Tv guide missing from sky stream

Tried a system reset and factory reset,  TV guide is missing so am unable to view any tv channels any help much appreciated.

Pictures freezing and now few channels

For the last few days we have had the picture freezing and pixelating during most programmes. Now, we have an outage on many of the channels. Not sure why we switched to streaming, although we were assured it was the way to go. Now I'm not sure about it all. Had nothing but issues.

Sky seem to be suffering an outage. TV not appearing on any of my glass or stream devices and many reports on the Glass board too.

Sky Sports Darts

Why are the Darts Channels not functioning this evening? 8 October 2025. One of the only reasons I subscribe to Sky. Very unhappy.

BBC1 “Technical Fault” no picture.

Select 101 and does not show a picture. After about 10 seconds message says "Technical Fault". Other channels appear to be OK - including other BBC channels. 

Done the usual turn of and reset but no change. 

Anyone else having the same ?

Any ideas anyone ?

Yes there was an outage. These things happen with technology. It seems to been resolved now.

Same here...tried rebooting and restart and even a different puck but still no TV guide or access to live TV. WiFi is perfect so definitely a SKY stream issue!!!!
