TV programmes disappeared

The TV programmes section has disappeared from the main menu. We have to use the apps, such as Channel 4 to view live TV. Rebooted several times and connected via Ethernet. Anybody else experiencing this?

Technical fault , keep switch on and off but not resolve

When I change channels I get please wait for your programme to load and then technical fault. I've switched on and off numerous times but it keeps happening

Re: TV programmes disappeared

I'm experiencing the same thing. Just switched on tv to watch the C4 news and no EPG. All othe apps fine. Unplugged puck and router, re-booted etc.

Eventually I managed to get the EPG back but some channels are not working and those that are take an age to load.
BB speed is normal (45Mbps).

This is the first time this has happened in the 8 months I've had SkyStream.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Channels loading very slowly

Several TV channels will not load or load very slowly, resulting in a very limited number of channels that can be watched.

Re: TV programmes disappeared

I've the same issue, only certain channels work. What I want to watch is on the channels that aren't working. Typical. Tried multiple reboots and it's the same on all 3 of my pucks

@turningoff
Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.

Re: TV programmes disappeared

BBC & C4 not working through the EPG for me but I can watch live through the All4 app. Maybe that might work for you.
