Connect an aerial to the socket on the back of the puck, beside the HDMI socket, then tune in the free-to-air channels.
It is NOT Freeview, it is access to FTA TV channels via an aerial.

That doesn't look like a standard tv plug fitting.

Thanks @Mark39 It worked when I had Sky Q? There is the cable coming out of it which should then plug into the puck?

That's a satellite dish cable. You need the lead from an outdoors or indoors aerial

This is the one into my TV? Are you saying I should take this one out and put into puck?

I can't see your photo until it's approved but I guess so. It's up to you whether you want to keep the freeview on your tv or have the free to air channels on your puck.
unless you get one of those little aerial cable splitters to have both

Thank you for your help @Jporch316 . Can you send me a link of what I need to buy and then do I need another cable to go from the split into the puck, whilst the other one that I have got goes still to the TV
I have just lost the app now 😞

Was the app for trial ?

Interesting that it's gone. Maybe there was an issue with it?

I don't have the TV input app at all on my puck. It appears I have the latest software though.
