Unable to activate new puck

Got whole room. New puck arrived all plugged in and updated. Wants me to gontonsky.com/activate to enter a code but it days page is restricted and im notvallowd to view

@Scimitargtv   Are you using the correct Sky ID when you login?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
