There's been a few folk on the Sky Glass forum reporting problems with the MVMNT app too and Sky have said they are investigating.
TBH I don't think many people use the service so perhaps it's unexpectedly folded. There doesn't seem to be a means on the MVMNT website to cancel any existing trial which is not ideal, so you'd better ring Sky for further information.
