Sky stream freezing up on restart

When are you lazy developers going to fix the sky stream who ever is in charge with developing the box need the sack! All you do is wind your customers up and continue to sell this garbage

This is a customer supports customer community no one from Sky will see your message and your just abusing other customers. If you describe your issue you are having as well as your set up (ISP, speeds etc) the community will do it's best to assist.

I have a glass TV and four pucks working with out issue so it is certainly possible.

I noticed you don't have sky broadband not surprised another garbage product from sky ( worst broadband for gaming) . My problem is when I restart a program my sky stream box freezes up I can't fast forward the ads what I'm paying for i have factory restarted it yet it still not working it has been 2 weeks and still no fix
