Have you checked the broadband speed the puck is receiving? To do this open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check. Ideally you need 25Mbps absolute minimum for HD and 30Mbps for UHD but ideally a lot more.
Also, try giving the puck a full reboot. Turn it off at the wall for a minute or two then power it back on. This often clears some software glitches.
