The TV guide frequently is missing the screenshots that go with the programme / app / channel. It only displays blue boxes. When you select one of the blue boxes you get the program details but no graphics. Also when this happens the top display picture - on the main screen of the guide is just blue, no graphics. If I switch the puck off at the mains and reset, this sorts the problem. But it returns every day.
