Sky VIP Rewards- Sky Sports free trial

Hi. 
On the MySky App I have an offer of a free 4 week trial of Sky Sports. I tried to claim it but keep getting a blank screen. I have spent 40 mins on the phone tonight- they say someone will contact me in 5-7 working days?!? Any advice welcome!

I'm also having issues.. an email says the offer expires 14th may, but once logged in it says it expired 28th April and just directs me to the standard package. Any support would be welcome please.

I have the same issue. 

when I click the offer it states, nothing in my basket and then take me to the main packages page. 

Can someone assist?

Exactly what I get too, I've called them and been told it's not available to me!

I asked to speak to the Sky Rewards team. I don't even know if such a team exists! I got the runaround and told it was a Sky Q offer so I didn't qualify, but I kept my line that it shouldn't appear on my rewards page and (eventually) they gave in.

I’m trying to claim the Sky VIP 4-week Sky Sports trial offer in the app, but it doesn’t seem to work.

The offer page loads normally and when I tap “Continue to claim”, it takes me to the basket page, but then it says:

“Looks like there’s nothing in your basket.”

I’ve tried reopening the app and signing in again, but the same thing happens every time.

Has anyone else had this issue or knows how to fix it? Not sure if it’s an eligibility problem or just a bug in the app.
