The connection on my tv is not working, I've checked the stream box and the light is on, I've checked the hub box and all the lights are green, I've checked the connection on my phone and that says WiFi connected.

It is nothing to do with your wifi.

There's no message it just says no signal, I've been on to my tv settings and tried to connect to my WiFi it says connection failed however the signal is all green!
