The connection on my tv is not working, I've checked the stream box and the light is on, I've checked the hub box and all the lights are green, I've checked the connection on my phone and that says WiFi connected.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SJ82 No signal is the TV telling you the input you have selected isn't the Stream Box, you need to scroll through the inputs on your TV to get the correct one.
It is nothing to do with your wifi.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
