Tv stream was working fine this morning now it says I need to upgrade. Bill is paid fully. Cannot understand why it says I need to upgrade. Can anyone help me please.

Thank you for your message. Tried re booting still not working. Spoke to sky they don't know what's going on either. Said he's passed it to technical and to allow 72 hours. He's ringing me back Monday morning with an update.
