I've got the lets get connected page up but can't scroll down to WiFi password with tv remote

I cannot even set the sky stream up I cannot get past the let's connect as my tv remote will not change it it will not move up or down help

Firstly try rebooting the puck by unplugging it for a couple of minutes.

 

you can also try resetting the remote


Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode) and follow any on-screen instructions.

Why are you using the TV remote to control the Puck?

@Paul1914  Using the remote that came with the puck would prove more productive.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
